Upon equipment startup, the grinding wheel and dust collector activate simultaneously. Dust particles generated during workpiece grinding are drawn into the sedimentation chamber by the negative pressure of the fan. Large and heavy particles of dust fall directly into the ash drawer, while fine dust is carried by the air flow into the filter box. As it passes through the filter bags, dust adheres to the surface. The purified gas is then blown into the clean room by the fan, after which it is discharged into the atmosphere through sound absorption. After operating for a period and shutting down, the dust removal motor automatically starts to vibrate and clean the filter core, shaking off the dust adhered to the filter core into the ash collection/discharging pan. The vibration time is adjustable.
