7.5kw Casting Drive Type Sanding Wheel Machine, High-Speed Sanding Wheel Machine, Double-Head Vertical Sanding Wheel Machine

Grinder Application Introduction:

Grinding wheels are used for sharpening cutting tools and removing burrs from machinery.

The difference between a bench grinder and a pedestal grinder:

Table Saw Sanding Wheel Diameter150~300mm; Vertical grinding wheel machine wheel diameter 200~400mm

The bench grinder is suitable for deburring, smoothing, and sharpening of small metal parts, as well as blade honing, and is widely used in mechanical manufacturing and home industrial settings.

Vertical grinding wheels are suitable for deburring and polishing of medium to large metal parts, as well as for sharpening of cutting tools. They are widely used in mechanical manufacturing and by small and medium-sized enterprises.

2. The driven abrasive wheel machine is suitable for marine use. It features an aesthetically pleasing design, simple structure, ease of use, and excellent performance, making it a commonly used equipment in general industrial and mining enterprises (right image: photo of the driven abrasive wheel machine).

It is primarily used for general industrial, mining, foundry, and other enterprises for sharpening cutting tools, and also for the grinding, deburring, and descaling of small parts, not exceeding 1000 meters in length, in humid tropical regions where the relative air humidity does not exceed 95% and the surrounding environmental temperature does not exceed +40℃.

3. It is not resistant to chemical corrosion and should not be used outdoors.

Regulatory Standards

It drives the grinding wheel.                                                                      Operation Procedure

Proficient in the structure, performance, and maintenance of grinding wheels.

3. Select a grinding wheel that matches the speed of the grinding wheel machine's spindle according to the instructions provided. The newly purchased grinding wheel must have a factory certification or a quality inspection mark. Do not use the grinding wheel if any defects such as quality issues, hardness, grit size, or cracks are found before installation.

4. The grinding wheel machine is securely mounted; the bolts must not loosen or be damaged.

5. The sanding wheel flanges must be of uniform size, with the diameter not less than one-third of the sanding wheel diameter. The space between the sanding wheel and the deck.                  Flexible washers available.

6. When tightening the nut, use a specialized wrench. Do not over-tighten, and strictly avoid using a hard object for hammering to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking.

7. After the grinding wheel is installed, the protective cover must be attached.

8. When starting a new abrasive wheel, do not rush. First, perform a point check, and after a trial run of 5 to 10 minutes, it can be used. Trainees are not allowed to change the abrasive wheel.

9. After the grinding wheel is turned on, it should run idle for 2 to 3 minutes before use.
