Section 3: Sanding Machine Operating Instructions

Grinder before use                  UsedThe megohmmeter measures the insulation resistance above 500 volts, with a value not less than 0.5 megohms.

2. Thoroughly inspect the grinding wheel before use to check for any damage or cracks due to transportation. Pay special attention to any cracks in the grinding wheel. Gently tap it with a wooden mallet; a clear, crisp sound indicates the item is in good condition.

3.Dust Removal Grinding Wheel MachineBefore use, turn the shaft extension by hand to check for smooth and quick movement, and listen carefully for any rubbing sounds.

4. The direction of rotation for grinding wheels and fans should match the direction indicator.
