Operating Principle:

Upon equipment startup, the grinding wheel and dust collector activate simultaneously. The dust particles generated from the workpiece grinding are drawn into the settling chamber by the negative pressure of the fan. Large and heavy particles of dust fall directly into the dust drawer, while finer dust particles are carried by the air flow into the filter box. As they pass through the filter bags, the dust adheres to the surface, and the purified gas is then directed through the fan into the clean room, and after sound absorption, released into the atmosphere. After a period of operation and shutdown, the dust cleaning motor automatically starts to vibrate and clean the filter cores, shaking the dust particles adhered to the filter cores onto the dust collection tray. The vibration time is adjustable.
