 The machine is primarily composed of the drive mechanism, sand belt tensioning mechanism, contact wheel (grinding wheel) system, base, support legs, casters, sand belt, and hand push rod. The motor transmits power directly to the drive wheel, which drives the sand belt to rotate at high speed. The tensioning mechanism tightens the sand belt, and the contact wheel performs the grinding process. Depth adjustment devices are set on both sides of the contact wheel to control the grinding depth, ensuring that the weld seam is flattened without damaging the base material.

 Primarily used for grinding flat weld seams, also suitable for polishing smooth surfaces.Ensure the hanging item is secure before use.

  2、 First, observe if the motor is reversing. Normally, the grinding sparks should be shooting towards the motor; otherwise, shut off the machine immediately to check if the circuit is functioning properly.

3. After the grinding wheel machine is started, it should be operated at a stable rotation before beginning the grinding process. If the machine exhibits significant vibration, it should be stopped and adjusted immediately.

4. Avoid applying excessive force during grinding.

5. Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinding machine according to the instructions provided.

6. New grinding wheels must have a factory certification or inspection mark. Do not use the wheel if any defects such as quality issues, hardness, particle size, or cracks are found before installation.

7. When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, generally controlling it between 0.05 to 0.10 millimeters.
