Grinding and Trimming Wheel Machine, Driven Casting Grinding Machine, Double-Head Floor-mounted Grinding Wheel Machine
Grinder Structure: It primarily consists of a base, abrasive wheel, motor, or other power source, bracket, guard, and water feed mechanism. The abrasive wheel is set on the top of the base, which internally has space for housing the power source. The power source is connected to a reducer, which has a drive shaft extending through the base top for securely attaching the abrasive wheel. The bottom position of the base corresponding to the abrasive wheel features a concave water collection area, which extends outward. The water feed is located above one side of the grinding wheel, and it contains a compartment for holding water liquid. The side of the water feed corresponding to the grinding wheel features an outlet. It is equipped with a highly simplified and complete drive mechanism, which makes the grinding process more convenient and smooth, and enhances the overall efficiency of the grinding wheel machine. The grinding wheel is fragile and has a high rotational speed; strict adherence to the operating instructions is required when in use. Operation Procedure
The grinding wheel machine must rotate in the correct direction, allowing the chips to fly away from the wheel downward.
2. After the grinding wheel machine is started, it should be allowed to rotate smoothly before beginning the grinding process. If the machine exhibits significant vibration, it should be stopped and adjusted immediately.
3. The abrasive wheel stand should maintain a 3mm gap between the abrasive wheel and the workpiece to prevent accidents caused by the workpiece being pierced.
4. When grinding, stand to the side of the grinding wheel and avoid applying excessive force.
5. Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinder, as specified in the user manual.
6. New grinding wheels must have a factory certification or inspection mark. Do not use the wheel if any defects such as quality, hardness, grain size, or cracks are found before installation.
7. When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, generally controlled between 0.05 and 0.10 millimeters.
8. The grinding wheel should have flanges on both sides, with a diameter not less than one-third of the grinding wheel's diameter. A washer should be properly placed between the grinding wheel and the flange.
9. When tightening the nut, use a specialized wrench. Do not over-tighten it, and strictly avoid using a hard object for hammering to prevent the sandwheel from cracking.
10. After the abrasive wheel is installed, the protective cover,挡板, and bracket must be secured. The gap between the挡板 and bracket and the abrasive wheel should be maintained within 1-3 millimeters and slightly below the center of the wheel.
11. When starting a new abrasive wheel, do not rush. First, give it a momentary spin to check, and only after a 5 to 10-minute trial rotation can it be used.
Do not apply excessive force during initial grinding to prevent uneven distribution of force on the grinding wheel and potential accidents.
13. Prohibit grinding materials like copper, lead, and wood to prevent wheel clogging.
14. When sharpening knives, the person should stand on the side of the grinding wheel, and it is not allowed for two people to sharpen knives on the same wheel at the same time.
15. Knives with a longer sharpening time should be cooled promptly to prevent burning hands.
16. Regularly adjust the balance of the grinding wheel surface to maintain good condition.
17. Sharpening operators must wear protective goggles.
