Hanging type grinding wheel machine, also known as overhead grinding wheel machine, mainly used for grinding stainless steel, titanium ingots, alloy steel, special steel, steel ingots, and cracks, carbon inclusions, burrs, etc., on various metals.
Inspect the hanging object for stability prior to use. Purpose: grinding stainless steel, titanium ingots, and alloy steel.
Operation Procedure:
Check if the hanging object is secure before use.
2. Upon first use, observe if the motor reverses. Normally, the grinding sparks should shoot towards the motor; if not, shut off the machine immediately and check if the circuit is functioning properly.
3. After the grinding wheel machine is started, grinding should only be performed once the machine has achieved stable rotation. If the machine exhibits significant vibration, it should be immediately shut down for adjustment.
Do not apply excessive force during the grinding process.
5. Select a grinding wheel according to the instructions provided, ensuring it matches the spindle speed of the grinder.
6. New grinding wheels must have a factory certification or inspection and test mark. Do not use the wheel if defects such as quality, hardness, grain size, or cracks are found before installation.
7. When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, usually between 0.05 and 0.10 millimeters.
Operating Principle:
Upon equipment startup, the grinding wheel and dust collector activate simultaneously. The dust particles generated during workpiece grinding are drawn into the sedimentation chamber by the negative pressure of the fan. Large and heavy particles of dust fall directly into the ash drawer, while fine dust is carried by the air flow into the filter box. When passing through the filter bags, the dust adheres to the surface of the bags. The purified gas is then drawn into the clean room by the fan, released into the atmosphere after sound absorption. After the equipment is shut down for a period, the ash cleaning motor automatically starts to vibrate and clean the filter cores, shaking the dust particles attached to the filter cores into the ash collection/discharging tray. The vibration time is adjustable.
