3.3/4 kW Dual-speed (Single-use) Low-profile Electric Polishing Machine

One machine driven by a main motor powers two groups of polishing wheels on either side, with one worktable on each side. The worktable is equipped with features for tilting, advancing, and retreating.

Polishing wheels can accommodate sisal wheels, cotton wheels, straw wheels, nylon wheels, and various other polishing wheels. They can also be fitted with abrasive belts or delta sanders for surface finishing, such as polishing, sanding, embossing, and deburring.

 Application Scope:

Broadly used in industries such as hardware, plastics, furniture, stainless steel, machinery, and precision metal parts for polishing or mirror finishing.

 Power:1.1 kW, 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW, 3 kW, 4 kW, 5.5 kW, 7.5 kW (equivalent to 2, 3, 4, 5.5, 7.5, 10 HP). Speed: 2,860 RPM, 1,430-2,860 RPM; rated voltage: 380V, 220V, etc.

Machine Specifications: 

The length of the machine's single-sided shaft is approximately25 cm, the overall width of the machine is approximately 80 to 90 cm (including the length of the single-sided shaft).

The pedestal height for the low-profile model (short base model) is approximately 52 centimeters from the ground.

2. Tall model (High base model) center height is approximately 82 cm.
