Overview 

DYT(B), XDG(B) series electro-hydraulic push rods (abbreviated as electro-hydraulic push rods) are suitable for reciprocating linear push-pull movements, and can be used in applications for lifting, lowering, or clamping workpieces. They are also ideal for long-distance and high-altitude hazardous areas, and can be networked with computers for centralized (programmed) control. Now widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, and transportation, they are an indispensable general-purpose power source.

Principles and Functions

1. Principle of Operation: The electro-hydraulic actuator is powered by an electric motor, which rotates in either direction to pump hydraulic oil through a bidirectional gear pump, producing pressure oil. This oil then travels through an integrated oil block to the working cylinder, enabling the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.

2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the oil circuit will rise to the set pressure. The overflow valve will then quickly and accurately overflow, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is still rotating,    It will burn. 

3. Self-locking Function: The oil circuit module of the electro-hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism, so when the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately remains stationary.  The pressure oil is in a pressure-holding state at the location. 

4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range, as per customer requirements.

5. Push and pull forces can be infinitely adjusted within the designated output force range, as per customer requirements.

6. Can be adjusted infinitely within the specified travel range according to customer requirements.
