Features of a Butterfly Valve

1. The butterfly valve has a simple structure and utilizes   Welded from steel plate, driven by electro-hydraulic rods and cylinders, operates smoothly with low failure rate, capable of quickly cutting off the material flow.

2. The sector gate is driven by an electro-hydraulic push rod, with the push rod directly mounted on the body of the gate, eliminating the hassle of on-site positioning for users and ensuring easy installation.

3. The scroll valve is equipped with a dust cover at the discharge outlet to prevent dust from flying; it uses an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source, replacing the cylinder transmission, thereby saving engineering investment costs; the valve body features a stepped structure to reduce material flow impact; the critical parts of the valve body are lined with a grate structure.Friction-resistant         Liner, reduces direct wear on the liner.

Electro-hydraulic sector gates are composed of the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, seals, and electro-hydraulic push rods, among other components. The electro-hydraulic push rod drives a gear that rotates the sector gate plate around the shaft, causing it to open to one side, allowing material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the electro-hydraulic push rod then drives the sector gate plate back to its original position, closing off the fallen material.
