The check gate consists of components such as the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. It is made by welding carbon steel into shape, with a robust structure. Operation is flexible and reliable with no jamming. Different drive units can meet various working condition requirements. Electric gate valves are equipped with electric actuators featuring overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control, with reciprocating stroke positions that can be adjusted for self-locking. Electro-hydraulic gate valves use electro-hydraulic actuators, full hydraulic drive, and both thrust and pull forces can be achieved with stepless speed regulation. Pneumatic gate valves use pneumatic actuators and can be remotely controlled or locally operated through component combinations.
Working Principle
The palatal gate utilizes an electro-hydraulic actuator, featuring full hydraulic transmission with adjustable thrust and pull forces. Either manually or through an actuator, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, allowing the two sector gates to open to the sides, and the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing the cutoff of the falling material.
Usage Instructions
Pleated gate valves: Firstly, when installing, please note the medium flow direction indicated on the valve body. When connecting the flanges, add sealing washers and then evenly tighten the bolts. Secondly, during operation, identify the opening and closing direction of the gate plate and correctly wire the actuator. Even during operation... Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts to extend the service life of the palate valve. Improper operation will increase the wear on the palate valve.
Usage
Lip gates are suitable for heap specific gravity≤2.5t/m³ various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, and other loose materials, widely used in the bottom unloading of warehouses for building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, glass, and other industries.
