Electro-hydraulic Push Rod DYTP2000-500/2.2KW Parallel Cylinder

Electro-hydraulic push rods are powered by an electric motor, which, through forward (reverse) rotation, drives hydraulic oil to be output as pressure oil through a bidirectional gear pump. The oil then travels through an integrated oil block to the working cylinder, achieving reciprocating motion of the piston rod. Advantages:

Safety Precautions for Installation and Use

The hydraulic push rod installation requires sufficient space, with an environmental temperature between 10-60 degrees Celsius (special order required for high-temperature environments).

2. Users can configure journey switches as needed for control.

3. Prior to installation, the electric hydraulic push rod should be placed flat on the ground and filled with hydraulic oil (brand HM, accuracy grade 46-68). The oil level should be below the inspection port, and the oil surface of the split rod should be within 50mm from the box.

Before using, turn the exhaust screw of the exhaust port on DYDTZ, DYTP, and DYTF counterclockwise 2 turns.
