I. Overview:
PZ series electric hydraulic push rod flat gate (abbreviated as electric hydraulic push rod) is suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) pushing and pulling. Angle-motion device, primarily used for controlling the flow and conveyance of powders, granular materials, granules, and small pieces. Suitable for long-distance and high-altitude hazardous areas, it can also be networked with computers for centralized (programmed) control. II. Principle and Function:
1. Operation Principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor, which rotates in either direction. This causes hydraulic oil to be output at pressure through a bidirectional gear pump, then it is routed through an integrated oil block to the working cylinder, thereby achieving reciprocating movement of the piston rod.
2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the circuit will rise to the set pressure. The overflow valve will then quickly and accurately overflow, achieving automatic overload protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will not be damaged.
3. Self-locking Function: The oil circuit module of the electro-hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. Once the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately remains stationary. Position: The pressure oil is in a pressure-holding state.
4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range, as per customer requirements.
5. Offer infinite adjustment of thrust and pull force within the designated output power range, as per customer requirements.

The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free, enclosed steel cylinder, offering a compact design, oil-tightness, and ease of installation and maintenance. It is dust-proof, waterproof, and internally corrosion-resistant in harsh environments, with a service life superior to that of cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators. 。
