1. Overview
This product is widely used for the segmented unloading of conveyors in mines, metallurgy, power plants, coal yards, transshipment stations, and port terminals. The hydraulic scraper unloader is a mechanical product installed on the middle frame of a belt conveyor, responsible for unloading materials and controlling the flow and direction of material conveyance. It can evenly and continuously unload the conveyed materials into a hopper or the required location. This unloader features adjustable groove angles, auxiliary scraper blades, and has been upgraded to use an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source, overcoming the shortcomings of the old-style unloader, such as incomplete scraping of materials, scraping the belt, poor overload capacity, frequent motor burnout, bending of lead screws, and easy mechanical damage.
2. Working Principle
DYNT Type Single-Sided or Double-SidedAbrasion-resistantTraction-type unloading device, powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod. During operation, the push rod extends to drive the rod, propelling the frame forward to lower the head and support the flat roller assembly, ensuring the belt working surface is flat. The lower edge of the head is tightly sealed to the belt surface, depositing the material on the belt into the hopper and delivering it to the designated location. After unloading, the electro-hydraulic push rod is activated to retract the drive rod, pulling the frame backward, lifting the blade, and changing the roller assembly from parallel to trough shape, allowing the material to pass smoothly. 1. The power source drive section currently features a dual-purpose hand torch hydraulic electro-hydraulic push rod. It overcomes the shortcomings of electric push rods (poor overload capacity, motor burnout, screw thread bending) while preventing jamming, while maintaining the advantages of electric push rods (no leakage, self-suction), and achieves the lifting and lowering of the plow head by controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor.
2. The plow head is divided into the front section (plow head made of alloy chromium manganese or asbestos) and the rear section (no Chinese content).Abrasion-resistant Gum版,for cleaner unloading.
3. The increased plow head features a mechanical tensioning device, allowing for adjustable height of the plow blade. The plow blade does not lift or vibrate due to the impact force of coal during operation, thereby preventing the tape from tearing, wearing, and coal leakage.
4. The electro-hydraulic push rod in the drive section comes in two installation types: (1) The electro-hydraulic push rod is placed above the coal separator; (2) The electro-hydraulic push rod is positioned on the left or right side of the coal separator. Enhances user convenience.
5. The butterfly valve of the dedicated locking gas spout for unloading devices is made of high-chromium manganese.Friction-resistant Materials: (1) Extended service life to 20 years, reduced maintenance; (2) Reduced induced aeration to below 10% of the original.3) Ensure material evenness to prevent spillage, sticking, and material scattering along the way.
