The plow-style unloader further overcomes all the drawbacks of the old-style ones.UnloaderThe shortcomings have been addressed by improving the installation methods of the dual plow heads, locking mechanism, dual-purpose hand lamp, and mechanical self-locking structures, thereby enhancing the coal unloading machinery.
1. The plow section is divided into a front alloy high-chromium tough or asbestos material front plow and a rubber plate rear plow, ensuring cleaner unloading.
2. The additional locking device for the plow blade is a mechanical pull-type, which can adjust the height of the plow blade. It is close to the belt, ensuring that the plow blade does not lift or vibrate due to the impact force of the material during operation, thereby preventing the tearing, wear, and coal leakage of the belt.
3. The drive component of the new dual-purpose flashlight mechanical hydraulic push rod overcomes the shortcomings of electric push rods, such as poor overload capacity, easy burning of the motor, jamming, and bending of the screw thread. It also resolves the new issues of common hydraulic push rods, including internal and external leakage, non-self-locking, slippage, and crawling. The dual-purpose flashlight mechanical hydraulic push rod, on the other hand, boasts features like self-locking, no internal or external leakage, overload capacity, and smooth operation.
4. Installation options include A, B, and C types. The electro-hydraulic push rod can be placed at the top of the coal separator for vertical installation, or mounted on both sides of the belt, offering convenient choices for customers.
5. The gas lock flap is made of high manganese chrome material, extending the service life to 20 years and reducing the maintenance frequency.
6. Lock-gas Section Usage: (1) Ensures even material distribution, preventing misalignment, material sticking, and spillage along the way. (2) Reduces induced airflow, slowing it down to less than 10% of the original speed. During operation, the rod extends to act on the drive rod. Drive the frame forward, complete the lowering of the plow blade, and support the flat roller assembly, ensuring the belt working surface is flat. The lower edge of the plow blade is tightly sealed to the belt surface, depositing the material on the running belt into the hopper (chute) or at the desired location. Upon completion of unloading, activate the push rod to retract, pulling the frame backward, lifting the plow blade, and changing the variable groove angle roller assembly from flat to groove shape, restoring the belt working surface to a grooved state for smooth material passage; due to the use of hydraulic transmission in the electric hydraulic push rod, it features automatic overload protection.
