This product is used for segment unloading on conveyors in mines, metallurgy, power plants, coal yards, transshipment stations, and port terminals. The hydraulic plow-type unloading device is a mechanical product installed on the intermediate frame of a belt conveyor, which performs unloading and controls the flow and direction of material transport. It can uniformly and continuously unload the conveyed material into a hopper or the required location. This unloading device features a variable slot angle and auxiliary plow blades, and has been modified to use an electro-hydraulic push rod as the power source, overcoming the shortcomings of the old-style unloading device, such as incomplete plowing of material, scraping the belt, poor overload capacity, frequent motor burnout, bending of lead screws, and easy damage to the machinery.
2. Working Principle
Twin-sided犁式卸料器, powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod, operates by extending the push rod to drive the rod, propelling the frame forward and lowering the head, supporting the flat roller assembly to keep the conveyor belt surface level. The head's lower edge closely adheres to the belt surface, depositing materials onto the hopper and transporting them to the designated location. After unloading, the electro-hydraulic push rod retracts, pulling the rod back, moving the frame backward, lifting the blade, and changing the roller assembly from parallel to trough shape, allowing materials to pass smoothly. 1. The power source drive section is a dual-use handlamp hydraulic electro-hydraulic push rod, overcoming the shortcomings of electric push rods (poor overload capacity, motor burnout, screw bending) and preventing them from sticking. It maintains the advantages of electric push rods (no leakage, self-suction) and achieves the lifting and lowering of the plow head through the control of the motor's forward and reverse rotation. 2. The plow head is divided into a front section (alloy manganese or asbestos material) and a rear section (rubber plate), making unloading cleaner. 3. The additional tensioning device for the plow head is a mechanical tensioning type, which can adjust the height of the plow blade, ensuring it stays flush with the conveyor belt during operation, preventing the plow blade from lifting or shaking due to the impact force of coal, thus avoiding the tearing, wear, and coal leakage of the belt. 4. The electro-hydraulic push rod in the drive section has two installation options: (1) the push rod is placed above the coal separator; (2) the push rod is placed on the left or right side of the coal separator, which is convenient for users. 5. The flip gate of the unloader's gas lock hopper is made of high-chromium manganese material: (1) extending the service life to 20 years, reducing the maintenance; (2) reducing induced air draft to below 10% of the original amount.3) Ensure material evenness to prevent material spilling, sticking, and scattering along the way.
