The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move the lever, which drives the gear to rotate the sector gate plate around the axis. This causes the two sector gate plates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate plate, closing off the falling material. The hood gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, such as various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, etc., and is widely used for bottom unloading in industries like building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass.

II. H-type Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂式gate valve consists of components such as the body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. Either manually or via the actuator, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft axis, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
