Section 1: Principle of H-Type Valve Operation:

The鄂式valve is manually or actuator-driven, pushing the lever, which in turn rotates the gear to move the sector gate around the shaft center. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The hood gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, etc., and is widely used in the bottom unloading of storage for industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass.

Section 2:鄂式 Valve Structural Characteristics:

The鄂type gate valve consists of components such as the body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. Manually or through the actuator, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Instructions:

1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. During operation, please identify the direction of the butterfly valve switch and connect the actuator properly.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
