Loading Valve, Electro-hydraulic Swing Gate, DEZ-80 Electro-hydraulic Jaw Gate
Structural Features and Applications:Hinged gate series features simple structure, easy operation, and material unloading Long service life, flexible operation, utilizing Welded from steel plate, driven by an electric (hydraulic) push rod for smooth operation and low failure rate, capable of quickly cutting off the material flow. Widely used in construction materials, metallurgy, mining, power, chemical, light industry, grain, and other industries, it serves as the unloading control device for various material discharge systems.
Key Performance Parameters
(1) Applicable Media: Crystals, solid particle materials, powdered materials.
(2) Applicable Temperature: ≤300°C
(3) Medium Flow Rate: ≤28 m/s
(4) Power Voltage: 380V 50Hz
(5) Adjustment Characteristics: Two-position switch
(6) Electrohydraulic Actuator Model: DG Series Electric Actuator or DYT Series Electrohydraulic Actuator
Gape gates, also known as gape valves, jaw gates, gape unloading valves, electro-hydraulic gape gates, electric gape gates, curved valves, gape ash unloading valves, etc.
The palate gate is composed of components such as the main body, wing-shaped gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. It is manufactured using carbon steel welding and features a structure. Operation is flexible and reliable with no jamming issues. Different transmission devices can meet various working conditions. Electric gate valves are equipped with electric actuators featuring overload protection to prevent motor burnout. They can be remotely controlled or programmed, and the reciprocating stroke can be adjusted for position locking. Electro-hydraulic gate valves use electro-hydraulic actuators with full hydraulic transmission, allowing for infinite speed adjustment of both thrust and pull forces. Pneumatic gate valves utilize pneumatic actuators, which can be remotely controlled or locally operated through accessory combinations.
Working Principle
The plate gate utilizes electro-hydraulic thrust rods for full hydraulic transmission, allowing for variable speed adjustment of both thrust and pull forces. The lever is pushed by hand or a driving mechanism, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. After the receiving device is fully loaded, the driving mechanism moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
