Usage
Electromagnetic hydraulic flap gate with power failure reset is widely used in industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, mining, power, chemical engineering, and more, serving as the unloading control device for various material discharge systems.
Structural Features
Easy to install, directly mounted at the bottom of the material storage. Driven by electro-hydraulic actuators, compact in space and convenient for fixation. Smooth operation with low failure rate, capable of quickly cutting off the material flow. During power outages, the electro-hydraulic actuator can automatically reset and close the gate to prevent spillage.
Operating Principle
With power failure resetElectro-hydraulic flap gateComposed of the main body, a power-off reset electro-hydraulic push rod, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator, etc. The electro-hydraulic push rod operates to drive the sector gate to rotate around the shaft center, causing the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the electro-hydraulic push rod resets the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

The鄂type gate valve consists of components such as the body, sector gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. A handwheel or actuator pushes the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, opening the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.
Section 3:鄂式阀 Instructions:
Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.
