DPZ-600 pneumatic actuated butterfly valve with open design, electric hydraulic push rod, flat plate gate valve

Hydraulic push rods offer the following advantages compared to electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders:

  1. Features reliable overload automatic protection, allowing the motor to operate normally even when overloaded or at the end of its stroke, without damaging or burning other components. Electric actuators and electric actuators simply can't compete.

  2. Electro-hydraulic push rods can be started under load, whereas it's quite difficult for electric push rods and electric actuators.

  3. On the same electro-hydraulic push rod, the thrust and pull force can be infinitely adjusted within its rated range, thereby offering a wide driving force range, which is not achievable with electric push rods or cylinders.

  4. Under the same thrust and speed, the electro-hydraulic push rod consumes half the electrical energy of the electric push rod and electric actuator.

  5. The electro-hydraulic push rod uses full-liquid transmission, offering sensitive operation, smooth movement, and effectively reduces external impact forces. The stroke control is accurate, whereas cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators cannot achieve this.

  6. The electro-hydraulic push rod features an integrated, fully enclosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free, sealed steel cylinder, offering a compact design, no oil leakage, and ease of installation and maintenance. It resists dust and water in harsh environments, prevents internal rusting, and has a longer service life compared to cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.

  7. Low investment, but expensive air compressor stations are required for cylinder installation, with vulnerable pressure pipes prone to leakage, unstable pressure, and high noise levels; hydraulic cylinders need a hydraulic station, while electro-hydraulic actuators only need power to be connected for use.

  8. Easy maintenance. In special cases, the electro-hydraulic actuator only requires replacement, whereas the hydraulic cylinder necessitates a thorough investigation of the fault cause before meticulous repair, which can disrupt the normal operation of the entire system.
