As the handwheel (chain wheel) rotates, the screw drives the screw nut and gate plate to move back and forth horizontally, achieving the purpose of opening and closing the valve.

4. Structural Features:

Electro-hydraulic flat gate has a simple structure, flexible operation, light weight, no jamming, and quick cutting. It is particularly suitable for various non-viscous solids, powders, and particle materials with a size less than Φ 10mm. It is used for the conveyance and flow adjustment of granular materials, and its installation is not restricted by angle, making operation convenient and allowing for adjustment of the opening at any time. The valve features two operation modes: a handwheel for type I and a chainwheel for type II. It comes in two structural forms: LZD for one-way and LZS for two-way.
