Electrical (Hydraulic) Open Center Plate Valve

Usage

This gate valve is widely used on pipelines for controlling dust material flow in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and mining, and is an ideal equipment for controlling dust material flow.

Features

The gate valve features a simple structure, light weight, flexible operation, easy assembly and disassembly.   Carbon steel manufacturing, offering high strength, excellent performance, and a long service life; the screw and nut are equipped with a soft protective cover structure, unaffected by external dust.

Operating Principle

The gate is mainly composed of a frame, screw nut, handwheel, and gate plate. Handwheel(Chain Sprocket)The screw, with the screw nut and gate plate, rotates to produce a reciprocating horizontal motion, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the valve.

　　1.During ordering, customers must select according to the model form in the sample. All types of flat gates are of general type.
