Dual-sided scraper unloader, powered by electro-hydraulic rods, operates by extending the drive rod to advance the frame, causing the head to descend and supporting the flat roller assembly. This ensures the conveyor belt working surface remains flat, with the head's lower edge tightly sealed to the belt surface, depositing materials into the hopper and transporting them to the designated location. After unloading, the electro-hydraulic rod retracts, pulling the drive rod back, lifting the scraper, and changing the roller assembly from parallel to trough shape, allowing materials to pass smoothly. 1. The power source drive section is a dual-use handlamp hydraulic electro-hydraulic push rod, overcoming the defects of electric push rods (poor overload capacity, motor burnout, screw bending) and preventing jamming, while maintaining the electric push rod's (no leakage, self-locating) features. It achieves the lifting and lowering of the plow head through the control of the motor's forward and reverse rotation. 2. The plow head is divided into a front section (alloy manganese or asbestos material) and a rear section (rubber version), making the unloading process cleaner. 3. The additional tensioning device for the plow head is a mechanical tensioning type, which can adjust the height of the plow blade, ensuring it stays flush with the conveyor belt during operation. This prevents the plow blade from lifting or shaking due to the impact force of coal, avoiding belt tearing, wear, and coal leakage. 4. The electro-hydraulic push rod in the drive section comes in two installation options: (1) the push rod is placed above the coal separator; (2) the push rod is placed on the left or right side of the coal separator, for user convenience. 5. The flip flap of the airlock funnel in the unloader is made of high-chromium manganese material: (1) extending the service life to 20 years and reducing maintenance; (2) reducing induced air flow to below 10% of the original amount.3) Ensure material evenness, prevent material migration, sticking, and spillage along the way.
