DYTLXThe electric-hydraulic automatic balancing scraper unloader is powered by an electric hydraulic push rod, which drives the extension of the push rod to lower the scraper blade. The lowering of the scraper blade is then synchronized with the lifting of the roller assembly by a linkage mechanism, ensuring a tight fit between the bottom edge of the scraper blade and the conveyor belt surface, allowing materials on the belt to be unloaded into the desired location. After unloading is complete, the push rod retracts, raising the scraper blade, while the roller assembly descends through the linkage mechanism, allowing the material to pass smoothly.
