1. The plow part consists of a front alloy high-chromium hard or asbestos-plated plow share, and a rubber plate rear plow, ensuring a cleaner unloading.
2. The additional locking device on the plow head is a mechanical grip-pull type, which can adjust the height of the plow blade. It is close to the belt, ensuring that the plow blade does not lift or vibrate due to the impact force of the material during operation, thus preventing the belt from being torn, worn, or coal leakage.
3. The drive component of the new dual-purpose flashlight mechanical hydraulic push rod overcomes the shortcomings of electric push rods, such as poor overload capacity, easy motor burnout, jamming, and bent screws. It also addresses the new issues of ordinary hydraulic push rods, including internal and external leakage, inability to lock, sliding, and creeping. The dual-purpose flashlight mechanical hydraulic push rod, on the other hand, boasts features like self-locking, no internal or external leakage, and smooth operation.
4. Installation methods are categorized into three types: A, B, and C. The electro-hydraulic push rod can be placed at the top of the coal separator, vertically installed, or mounted on both sides of the belt, offering three options for customer convenience.
5. The airlock flap is made of high manganese chrome material, extending the service life to 20 years and reducing the maintenance frequency.
6. Lock-gas Section Usage: (1) Ensures even material distribution, preventing misalignment, material sticking, and spillage along the way. (2) Reduces induced air flow, slowing it down to less than 10% of the original speed. During operation, the push rod extends to act on the drive rod. The lower edge of the plow blade should tightly fit the conveyor belt surface, depositing the materials running on the belt into the hopper (bucket) or at the desired location. Upon completion of unloading, activate the push rod to retract from the drive rod, causing the frame to retreat, the plow blade to lift, and the variable groove angle roller assembly to transition from flat to groove shape, restoring the conveyor belt working surface to a grooved state for smooth material passage; due to the hydraulic transmission of the electric hydraulic push rod, it features automatic overload protection.
