Belt Conveyor Fixed Coal Discharger DYTN-1000-/800-Z Plow-Type Discharger
The DYTN type single-sided or double-sided electro-hydraulic犁式卸料器 is suitable for even unloading on belt conveyors with widths ranging from 500 to 1600 mm. The 1600 unloader is a specially designed product by our company.
The electro-hydraulic犁卸料器 is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod, propelling the frame forward to lower the plow blade and support the flat roller. The bottom edge of the plow knife adheres to the belt, completing the unloading process. After completion, the frame retracts, the plow blade is raised, the deformed roller returns to its trough shape, and the belt resumes its trough shape, allowing the material to pass smoothly.
Structural Features
The plow can be a single or double plow. The front plow blade is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, while the rear plow blade is crafted from high-density polyethylene board. Both plow blades are interchangeable, offering a structure that effectively discharges materials cleanly and protects the belt.
2. The plow lock mechanism has been significantly improved. The lock is reliable, ensuring the plow does not lift or vibrate during operation, and allows for adjustable plow height. The position is close to the belt, with no material leakage.
3. The drive unit employs electro-hydraulic actuators. It achieves mechanical and electrical integration, with a fully sealed oil circuit capable of operating in harsh environments. Depending on customer requirements, we can provide either manually or electrically operated three-way electro-hydraulic actuators, or mechanical self-locking electro-hydraulic actuators.
4. Employing a deformable roller assembly synchronized with the electro-hydraulic push rod mechanism, the push rod completes one working cycle, during which the roller assembly automatically transforms from troughed to flat and back to troughed.
5. Motor protection ratings are determined by the environment; for flammable and explosive conditions, use IP54-rated motors.
