The flap gate consists of components such as the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. It is made by carbon steel welding and has a robust structure. Operation is flexible and reliable with no jamming. Different transmission devices can meet various working conditions. Electric gate valves are equipped with electric actuators featuring overload protection, preventing motor burnout. They can be remotely controlled or programmed, and the reciprocating stroke can be adjusted for position locking. Hydraulic gate valves use hydraulic actuators with full hydraulic transmission, allowing for variable speed adjustment of both push and pull forces. Pneumatic gate valves employ pneumatic actuators, which can be remotely controlled or locally operated through component assembly.
Working Principle
The palatal gate utilizes electro-hydraulic push rods with full hydraulic transmission, allowing for stepless speed adjustment of both push and pull forces. Either manually or through an actuating mechanism, a lever is moved to rotate the gears, which in turn rotate the sector gate around its axis. This opens the two sector gates to the sides, causing the material to fall. After the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuating mechanism moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing the cutoff and stopping the falling material.
Instructions for Use
First, when installing, please note the medium flow direction marked on the body of the gate. When connecting the two flanges, add a sealing washer, then evenly tighten the bolts. Secondly, during operation, identify the switch direction of the sector gate and correctly wire the actuator. Even during operation, that is. Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts to extend the lifespan of the labial valve. Improper operation will increase the wear on the labial valve.
Usage
