Pleated gates are suitable for heap density≤2.5t/m³ various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemicals, and other loose materials, used for bottom unloading in storage for industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass.Structural Features:The gate is composed of components such as the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. It is made by carbon steel welding, featuring a flexible and reliable structure with no jamming. Different transmission devices can be used to meet various operational requirements. The electric gate is equipped with an electric actuator with overload protection, preventing motor burnout and allowing for remote operation or programmable control. The reciprocating stroke can be adjusted for position locking. The electro-hydraulic gate uses an electro-hydraulic actuator with full hydraulic transmission, enabling stepless speed adjustment for both pushing and pulling forces. The pneumatic gate employs an air actuator, which can be remotely operated or controlled on-site through accessory combinations.
