Electric Actuator, Electric Drive Unit, DYTZ-1000-500 Electric Push Rod
The DYT series hydraulic push rods are suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) movements within a certain angle. They are used in applications where lifting, lowering, or clamping of workpieces is required, as well as in remote and high-altitude hazardous areas. They can also be connected to computers for centralized (programmed) control. They are now widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, and transportation, serving as an indispensable general power source.
Principles and Functions:
1. Working Principle: The electro-hydraulic actuator is powered by an electric motor, which rotates forward (or reverse) to drive hydraulic oil through a bidirectional gear pump to output pressure oil. The oil then flows through an integrated oil circuit block to the working cylinder, enabling the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.
2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the circuit will rise to the set pressure. The relief valve then quickly and accurately overflows, achieving overload automatic protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will never be damaged.
3. Self-locking Function: The oil path module of the electro-hydraulic push rod is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. Once the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately remains in a fixed position, with the pressure oil remaining in a pressure-holding state.
4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range, as per customer requirements.
5. Can be infinitely adjusted for push and pull force within the designated output power range according to customer requirements.
6. The journey can be infinitely adjusted within the designated travel range according to customer requirements.
Comparison with Similar Products
Hydraulic and electrical push rods offer the following advantages compared to electric push rods, electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders:
1. Features reliable overload automatic protection, ensuring the motor can still operate normally even when overloaded or at the end of its stroke, without damaging other components. Electric actuators and electric actuators simply can't compete.
2. Electro-hydraulic push rods can be started under load, whereas it's difficult for electric push rods and electric actuators.
3. On the same electro-hydraulic push rod, the thrust and pull force can be infinitely adjusted within its rated range, thus offering a wide driving force range, which is not achievable with electric push rods or cylinders.
4. Under the same thrust and speed, the electro-hydraulic push rod consumes half the electrical energy of an electric push rod and an electric actuator.
5. The electro-hydraulic push rod utilizes full hydraulic transmission, offering sensitive operation and smooth running. It effectively reduces external shock forces and ensures precise stroke control, which is not achievable with cylinders, electric push rods, or electric actuators.
6. The electro-hydraulic push rod features a fully enclosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integrated structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free sealed steel cylinder, boasting a compact size, oil-tight design, and ease of installation and maintenance. It resists dust and water in harsh environments, prevents internal rusting, and has a longer service life compared to cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.
7. Low investment. Pneumatic cylinders require expensive air compressor stations, with vulnerable pressure pipes prone to leakage and instability, leading to high noise levels; hydraulic cylinders need to be installed with a hydraulic station, whereas electro-hydraulic actuators can be used simply by plugging into the power source.
8. Easy to maintain. In special cases, the electro-hydraulic actuator only requires replacement, whereas the hydraulic cylinder needs to first slowly identify the cause of the fault and then perform a thorough repair, which affects the normal operation of the entire work.
