I. Overview:
PZ Series Electric-Hydraulic Push Rod Plate Gate (abbreviated as Electric-Hydraulic Push Rod) is suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) pushing and pulling. Angle movement, primarily used for controlling the flow and conveying quantity of powdered, granular, and granule materials, as well as small pieces. II. Principle and Function:
1. Operating Principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod is powered by an electric motor. Through the motor's forward (reverse) rotation, hydraulic oil is pressurized and output via a bidirectional gear pump. It then travels through an oil path module to the working cylinder, where it enables the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.
2. Overload Automatic Protection Function: During the operation of the electro-hydraulic push rod, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston reaches the end position, and the motor continues to rotate, the oil pressure in the circuit will increase to the set pressure. The overflow valve then quickly and accurately discharges, achieving overload automatic protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will not be damaged.
3. Self-locking Function: The hydraulic push rod's oil circuit module is designed with a pressure self-locking mechanism. Once the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately remains stationary. The position, the pressure oil is in a pressure-holding state.
4. Speed can be infinitely adjusted within the designated speed range according to customer requirements.
5. Force can be infinitely adjusted, within the designated output range, according to customer requirements.
