Gate Valve Matching Electric Actuator, Explosion-Proof Electric Actuator, Electrohydraulic Actuator

Hydraulic and electric push rods, compared to electric actuators, hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders, offer the following advantages:

1. Features reliable overload automatic protection, allowing the motor to continue operating normally even when overloaded or at the end of its stroke, without damaging or burning up other components. Electric actuators and electric actuators simply cannot compare.
2. Hydraulic cylinders can be started under load, whereas it is quite difficult for electric cylinders and electric actuators.
3. On the same electro-hydraulic push rod, the thrust and pull force can be infinitely adjusted within its rated range, thus providing a wide driving range, which is not achievable with electric push rods or cylinders.
4. Under the same thrust and speed, the hydraulic push rod consumes half the electrical energy of an electric push rod and electric actuator.
5. The electro-hydraulic push rod uses full hydraulic transmission, offering sensitive operation, smooth running, and effectively mitigating external impact forces. Its stroke control is accurate, which is something that cylinder, electric push rod, and electric actuator cannot achieve.
6. The electro-hydraulic push rod features an all-in-one, fully enclosed structure, with the working oil circuit circulating within a pressure-free, sealed steel tube. It is compact, leak-proof, and easy to install and maintain. It resists dust and water in harsh environments, and prevents internal rusting, offering a longer service life than cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.
7. Low investment, but the air cylinder requires a costly air compressor station, with the risk of leaks in the pressure pipeline and unstable pressure, as well as high noise levels; the hydraulic cylinder needs a hydraulic station, while the electro-hydraulic actuator can be used by simply connecting to the same power source.
8. Easy to repair. In special cases, the electro-hydraulic actuator only requires replacement, whereas the hydraulic cylinder needs to be carefully diagnosed for the cause of the fault first before proceeding with a thorough repair, which can affect the normal operation of the entire work.
