 The PZ series electric hydraulic push rod flat gate (abbreviated as electric hydraulic push rod) is suitable for reciprocating linear (or reciprocating rotational) motion. It is a primary control equipment for flow and conveying volume of powdery, granular, granulated, and small piece materials. It can also be used in long-distance and high-altitude hazardous areas and can be connected to computers for centralized (programmed) control. It is now widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, and transportation, serving as an indispensable general-purpose power source.

  5. The electro-hydraulic push rod utilizes full-liquid transmission, offering sensitive operation, smooth running, and effectively reduces external impact forces. It provides accurate stroke control, whereas cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators cannot achieve this.

  6. The electro-hydraulic push rod features an integrated, fully enclosed mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free, sealed steel cylinder, offering a compact design, oil-tightness, and ease of installation and maintenance. It resists dust, water intrusion, and internal corrosion in harsh environments, providing a longer service life compared to cylinders, electric push rods, and electric actuators.
