Electro-hydraulic犁式卸料器 is powered by an electro-hydraulic push rod, propelling the frame forward to lower the plow head and support the flat roller. The blade bottom aligns with the belt, completing the unloading process. After completion, the frame retracts, the plow head elevates, the deformed roller resumes its trough shape, and the belt returns to its trough, allowing the material to pass smoothly.

Structural Features

1.The plow head can be a single or double plow. The front blade is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel, while the rear blade is crafted from high-density polyethylene board. Both blades are replaceable, ensuring a clean unloading process and tape protection.

2.The plow lock mechanism has undergone significant improvements. The locking is reliable, ensuring the plow does not lift or vibrate during operation, and it can be adjusted for height to closely contact the conveyor belt, eliminating any material leakage.

3.The drive unit utilizes electro-hydraulic actuators. Achieving mechanical and electrical integration, the circulating oil path features a fully sealed structure, capable of operation under harsh conditions. According to customer requirements, we can provide either a dual-purpose hand-electric electro-hydraulic actuator or a mechanically locked electro-hydraulic actuator.

4.The deformed roller assembly synchronizes with the electro-hydraulic push rod mechanism, where one cycle of the push rod causes the roller assembly to automatically transition from trough to flat and back to trough shape.

Selection Guidelines

1.At the time of ordering, customers must specify the belt width, conveyor trough angle, and unloading method. Any special requirements should be noted.

2.Under normal circumstances, buffer lock gas spout and electrical control total are not included. Register at the time of order if required.

3.Drum unloader with plow designTwo types of structures, Type I and Type II, should be specified upon ordering.
