Manual (Electro-hydraulic) Integrated Steel Sluice Gate

Usage
The gate valve is widely used on pipelines for dust material flow control in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, and mining, and is an ideal device for controlling dust material flow.

Features
The gate valve features a simple structure, light weight, flexible operation, easy installation and disassembly, and is made of carbon steel, offering high strength, excellent performance, and a long service life. The screw and nut are equipped with a soft protective cover, ensuring they are unaffected by external dust.

Operating Principle
The gate is mainly composed of a frame, screw nut, handwheel, and gate plate. Handwheel(Chain Sprocket)The screw and nut, along with the gate plate, rotate to produce horizontal reciprocating motion, achieving the opening and closing of the valve.

Order Instructions:

　　1.During order placement, customers must select options in accordance with the form shown in the sample. All types of flat slabs gates are general models. If there are special requirements (such as granular materials with particle sizes larger than20mmAt this time, it is necessary to increase the gate plate strength; please specify otherwise.

　　2.Electro-hydraulic push rods for flat gate sets, which do not include the electrical control part in normal circumstances. Please specify if required during ordering. (Electrical control diagram for the push rods can be found in the electro-hydraulic push rod section.)

3.For installation, operation, and maintenance precautions, please refer to the "Flat Sluice Gate Installation, Operation, and Maintenance" manual (shipped with the goods).
