Electro-hydraulic Push Rod Product Introduction
I. Overview
The DYT series new type electric hydraulic push rod (also known as electro-hydraulic push rod, push rod) is produced by our company. This product is suitable for reciprocating push-pull linear (or reciprocating rotation by a certain angle) motion and can also be used in places where workpieces need to be lifted, lowered, or clamped. It can also be used for centralized or programmed control at long distances, high altitudes, and hazardous areas. Widely used in metallurgy Electricity, machinery, grain, cement, chemicals, water conservancy, transportation, and other sectors are general power sources. Compared to electric actuators, cylinders, and hydraulic cylinders, this product has the following advantages:
1. Can start under load, while electric rods are difficult.
2. Features overload protection capability; will not damage the motor and components.
3. The same electro-hydraulic push rod can infinitely adjust its thrust and pull force, thus offering a wide driving force range, which is unattainable by electric push rods and cylinders.
4. At the same thrust and speed, the electrical power consumption is significantly less than that of electric actuators.
5. Utilizing full hydraulic transmission, it offers sensitive operation and smooth running, effectively cushioning external impacts—a feature that is unattainable with cylinders and electric push rods.
6. Utilizes a fully enclosed, integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic structure. The working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed cylinder, offering a compact design with no oil leakage, making it easy to install and maintain. In harsh working conditions, it does not attract dust, allow water entry, or corrode internally, resulting in a longer lifespan than pneumatic cylinders and electric actuators.
7. Low investment required; reciprocating cylinders need a mining station, hydraulic cylinders need a hydraulic station, but electro-hydraulic actuators require no auxiliary equipment.
II. Working Principle
1. An electro-hydraulic push rod is a new type of integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic flexible transmission mechanism. It consists of an actuator (cylinder), a control unit (hydraulic control valve group), and a pressure source (pump, motor, etc.). Depending on the size of the on-site space, electro-hydraulic push rods mainly come in four structural types (refer to model numbering). The motor, pump, hydraulic control valve, and cylinder can be aligned on the same shaft or mounted on different shafts as needed. Powering the motor, by controlling the motor's forward and reverse rotation, the bidirectional pump outputs pressure oil, which is then sent to the cylinder through the hydraulic control valve, achieving reciprocating movement of the cylinder's piston rod.
2. The hydraulic control valve assembly is mainly composed of overflow valves, hydraulic check valves, etc., and can also be designed with different functional circuit combination valves based on the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic actuator to meet its operational requirements. Generally, there are options for push-out and pull-in self-locking, as well as both push and pull self-locking; the overall actuator can be used horizontally, upwards, or downwards.
