The gate is composed of components such as the main body, sector gate plate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. Made by carbon steel welding, it features a unique structure, flexible operation, and reliable performance without jamming. Different transmission devices can meet various operational requirements. The electric gate utilizes an electric actuator with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control, with adjustable reciprocating travel for position locking. The electro-hydraulic gate employs an electro-hydraulic actuator, full hydraulic transmission, and both push and pull forces can be infinitely adjusted. The pneumatic gate uses a pneumatic actuator, which can be remotely controlled or locally operated through accessory combinations.

Working Principle

 The hinge gate utilizes electro-hydraulic thrust rods and is fully hydraulically driven, allowing for variable speed adjustment of both push and pull forces. The gate is operated manually or by an actuator that pushes the lever, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the axis, opening both sector gates to the sides, allowing materials to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gates, closing off the falling materials.

Usage Instructions

Pay attention to the marked medium flow direction on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add sealing washers and then tighten the bolts evenly. Secondly, during operation, identify the opening and closing direction of the gate leaf and correctly wire the actuator. It is crucial to regularly lubricate all transmission parts during operation to extend the service life of the gate. Improper operation will increase the wear on the gate.
