The electric hood gate features an electric actuator with overload protection to prevent motor burnout, allowing for remote operation or programmable control. The reciprocating stroke can be adjusted for position locking. The electro-hydraulic hood gate uses an electro-hydraulic actuator with full hydraulic transmission, enabling variable speed control for both pushing and pulling forces. Operation Principle:
The gate valve consists of components such as the main body, wing-shaped gate plate, shaft, gears, sealing pairs, and actuator. By manually operating or actuating the lever, the gears are driven to rotate the wing-shaped gate plate around the shaft axis, causing the two plates to open to the sides, allowing materials to fall. After the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever to reset the wing-shaped gate plate, closing the material cutoff.
Instructions for Use:
l Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body during installation. When connecting the two flanges, it is essential to add a sealing gasket, then tighten the bolts evenly.
l Ensure you identify the correct direction of the butterfly valve switch during operation, and properly connect the actuator's wiring.
l Please regularly lubricate all transmission parts during operation.
