Section 1: Operation Principle of鄂式Valve:

The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to move a lever, which in turn drives a gear to rotate a sector gate around its axis. This causes the two sector gates to open to the sides, allowing material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator moves the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The hood gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a density of 2.5t/m³, such as various ores, coal, coke, slag, and chemical products. It is widely used in industries like construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom discharge of storage.

Section 2:鄂式阀 Structural Characteristics:

The鄂type gate valve consists of the body, segment gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator components. A manual or actuator pushes the lever, causing the gears to rotate the segment gate around the shaft, opening the two segment gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the segment gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Operating Instructions:

1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. Ensure correct identification of the butterfly valve's switch direction during operation, and properly connect the actuator.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
