Reason for choosing the product:
Currently, the side seals of most conveying channels are made from standard rubber strips, which are fixed to one side of the channel using angle irons and locking devices. The rubber strips have poor wear resistance and become severely worn after some use, preventing a tight fit with the belt surface, creating gaps, and eventually leading to material overflow, affecting the surrounding environment.

Composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, the contact part with the belt (primarily for sealing) is made of polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from imported powder, offering superior wear resistance and a longer service life compared to extrusion process-made polyurethane, without damaging the belt.
2Sealing Effect:
The anti-splash apron is constructed with a double-layer seal of a flat plate + apron edge, where the flat plate tightly adheres to the side of the guide trough, contacting the belt at the bottom to prevent material overflow. The apron edge flips up and can rotate within a certain angle, relying on the elasticity of the rubber plate to automatically track the belt, maintaining a tight contact with it at all times, offering excellent sealing performance.
3The skirt board's sealing edge is designed with a single-sided arc transition, ensuring that in the event of belt misalignment, it will not damage the belt or the skirt edge and can automatically return to its original position.
4The side plates of the material guide channel are made as a whole according to specifications, matching the length of the channel to prevent air leakage at the seam.
