Section 1: Operating Principle of鄂式Valve:

The鄂式valve is manually or actuator-driven to move the lever, which in turn rotates the gear to cause the sector gate to pivot around its axis. This action opens the two sector gates to the sides, allowing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the fallen material. The jaw type gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, such as various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemical products, etc., and is widely used for bottom discharging in industries like construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass.

Section 2:鄂式阀 Structural Characteristics:

The鄂式gate valve consists of body, sector gate, shaft, gears, sealing parts, and actuator components. Manually or by the actuator, the lever is pushed, causing the gears to rotate the sector gate around the shaft, allowing the two sector gates to open to the sides, and the material falls. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material.

Section 3:鄂式阀 Usage Instructions:

Please note the medium flow direction indicated on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.

2. Ensure you identify the correct switch direction of the butterfly gate during operation, and properly connect the actuator's wiring.

3. Regularly apply lubricant to all transmission parts during operation.
