Section 1: Operation Principle of鄂式Valve:
The鄂式valve is manually or mechanically actuated to rotate the lever, which drives the gear to rotate the sector gate around the shaft center, allowing the two sector gates to open to the sides, causing the material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the sector gate, closing off the falling material. The hood gate valve is suitable for dry bulk materials with a specific gravity of 2.5t/m³, including various ores, coal, coke, slag, chemicals, and other loose materials. It is widely used in industries such as construction materials, metallurgy, chemicals, and glass for bottom unloading of storage.
II.鄂式阀 Structural Characteristics:
The鄂式gate valve is composed of the main body, wing gate, shaft, gears, seals, and actuator. It is operated manually or through the actuator, which pushes the lever, causing the gears to rotate the wing gate around the shaft axis. This action opens the two wing gates to the sides, allowing material to fall. Once the receiving device is fully loaded, the actuator drives the lever again to reset the wing gate, closing off the falling material.
Section 3:鄂式阀 Usage Instructions:
1. Please note the medium flow direction marked on the gate body during installation. When connecting the flanges, add a sealing gasket and then tighten the bolts evenly.
2. Please identify the switch direction of the butterfly valve during operation, and ensure the actuator is properly wired.
3. Regularly apply lubricant to all drive parts during operation.
