Operation Procedure

1. Check if the suspended objects are secure before use.

　　2、 Upon first use, observe if the motor reverses. Normally, the grinding sparks should shoot towards the motor; otherwise, immediately shut off the machine and check if the circuit is functioning properly.

3. After the grinding wheel machine is started, it should be allowed to rotate smoothly before commencing grinding. If the machine exhibits significant vibration, it should be promptly shut down for adjustment.

Do not apply excessive force during grinding.

5. Select a grinding wheel that matches the spindle speed of the grinding machine according to the instructions provided.

6. New grinding wheels must have a factory-issued quality certificate or a test mark. Do not use the wheel if defects such as quality, hardness, particle size, or cracks in appearance are found before installation.

7. When installing the grinding wheel, the clearance between the inner hole of the wheel and the main shaft should not be too tight. It should be adjusted according to the technical requirements for loose fit, generally between 0.05 and 0.10 millimeters.
