Currently,The sealing strips on both sides of the material guide channel are commonly cut from standard rubber belts, fixed in place with angle iron, wedge-shaped locking devices, and the like. The main issues with this sealing method include:

1、Seal stripFriction-resistantPoor quality. Severely worn out in a short period of use, the sealing strip cannot closely contact the belt, resulting in poor sealing effect and significant leakage of air and powder. The site has a large amount of dust and harsh working conditions.

2、The sealing strip has no dimensional change in up and down directions. Once installed on the belt in a stationary state, after it is fixed, when the belt carries material and sinks, the sealing strip creates a gap with the belt, leading to severe leakage of coal and powder.

3、Seal strips are single-sealed, which doesn't offer the same effectiveness as double-sealed options.

4、Replacing the sealing strips requires a substantial amount of work.

Existing issues with material conveying trough sealing have been addressed. Our technical team, based on the characteristics of belt operation and the structure of the conveying trough, successfully developed a double-sealed overflow skirt board. This has fundamentally resolved issues of coal spillage, air leakage, and powder escape on both sides of the conveying trough, playing a significant role in reducing dust concentration in the belt corridor.
