Solutions for Obstructed or Reduced Airflow in Aerators

Today, we'll introduce the solution to the problem of clogging or reduced air flow in an aeration device.

1. High-pressure air jet cleaning method - Utilizing portable air compressors

This air compressor operates on single-phase power, with working pressures ranging from 0.8 to 1 MPa and an exhaust volume of 0.08 m³/min.

Operation Instructions: Disconnect the flexible hose connecting the aeration tube or aeration disk from the pagoda head and attach it to the outlet of the air compressor. Start the air compressor and, based on the aeration state on the water surface, turn it off once normal operation is restored. When using high-pressure air flow for cleaning, ensure that the堵头 (cork head) of the aeration tube and all connections are securely clamped with hose clamps.

2. Pickling Method

Select a large vat or concrete pond, pour a 5% dilute solution into the vat or pond, soak the clogged aeration pipe in the solution for 12 hours, then remove and rinse clean with clear water.
