    Avoid Drinking "Aged" Water: Water that remains stagnant, rather than in a state of constant movement, is considered "aged." If bottled or jug pure water is stored for an extended period from manufacturing to consumption, it can affect the water quality. If opened and then left undisturbed for more than 3 days, it becomes aged water and is best not consumed.

    Choose "Healthy" Water: Ideal water should be free of harmful substances like pesticides, heavy metals, and bacteria. It should uniformly dissolve inorganic components such as calcium, and is best as a slightly alkaline water with a pH of 8-9. The water temperature should be lower than body temperature, ideally around 20-25°C. It's preferable to have water rich in hydrogen ions and served in glass cups: Glass cups are free of organic chemicals during the manufacturing process, so there's no concern about ingesting chemicals when drinking from them. Moreover, the smooth surface of glass is easy to clean, and bacteria and dirt are less likely to grow on the cup walls. Therefore, the best choice for a water glass is a glass cup.

To add a touch of romance to life, opt for herbal tea, green tea, or add some nutritious low-sugar juice to your water—it can make hydration more appealing.     Stay Hydrated with 8 Glasses a Day for a Joyful Life: Adults need to replenish approximately 2 liters of water daily to maintain normal and healthy metabolism, which is roughly equivalent to 8 cups. Since the human body consumes at least 2500 milliliters of water daily, and considering the moisture obtained from food, an additional 2 liters is necessary to prevent dehydration. If you enjoy drinking alcohol, smoking, or consuming coffee, you'll need to increase your water intake beyond 8 cups.
