    In commercial settings with high enclosure, such as shopping malls, hotels, and office buildings, commercial air-to-air exchange units play a crucial role in maintaining indoor air circulation and improving air quality. Their core structure consists of supply and exhaust fans, heat recovery cores, filters, air ducts, and control modules. The body shell is made of high-quality galvanized steel, providing excellent sealing and structural strength, effectively reducing air leakage and energy loss.

    The core feature of this equipment is the bidirectional exchange of indoor and outdoor air, along with energy recovery. It expels polluted indoor air while filtering and heat-exchanging fresh outdoor air to be introduced indoors, thus preventing significant loss of indoor heat and cold. The heat recovery core is the key component for energy recovery, available in two types: sensible heat recovery and full heat recovery. The sensible heat recovery core recovers the energy of air temperature, while the full heat recovery core can recover both temperature and humidity energy. The heat recovery efficiency can reach over 70%, significantly reducing the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.

    In terms of material selection, the heat recovery core is made of paper, aluminum foil, or high polymer materials, with different materials suited for various application scenarios. Aluminum foil cores excel in thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for humid environments; while high polymer material cores offer the advantages of light weight and high recycling efficiency. Filters are categorized into two types: pre-efficiency and medium-efficiency. Pre-efficiency filters trap large particles of dust, while medium-efficiency filters can remove fine particles and some harmful gases, ensuring the cleanliness of the air supplied indoors.

    Functionally, commercial air exchange units feature adjustable air volume, intelligent control, and fault alarms. They can automatically adjust the supply and exhaust air volumes based on indoor occupancy and air quality. Some models support integration with central air conditioning systems for coordinated operation. Their role is not only to improve indoor air quality but also to reduce indoor CO₂ levels and harmful gas content through air exchange, providing a healthy and comfortable environment for commercial spaces. Additionally, they achieve energy recovery to lower overall energy consumption, aligning with the requirements of green buildings. Designed with modular and standardized structures, the equipment is easy to install, maintain, and expand, suitable for commercial spaces of various sizes.
