High-performance BBS foam-type antifreeze emulsion application product:
Primarily used for sealing firewalls, cable trenches, and cable holes; a small portion is used for outdoor substation cabinets, box-type transformers, cable branch boxes, distribution network control cabinets, outdoor terminal boxes of transformer substations, mechanical operation boxes, low-voltage and high-voltage switchgear, and bottom sealing of control unit cabinets!
High polymer BBS foaming antifreeze agent features: Low viscosity, good fluidity, easy to渗透, uniformly fine and dense foaming pores, with flame-retardant, fireproof and moisture-proof properties, no cracking, no shrinking!
Usage Instructions:
Seal off the areas requiring cleaning!
2. Mix thoroughly with a 1:1 weight ratio, then pour into the sealed target area!
In 5-10 minutes, it starts to expand and foam!
4. Full foaming within 3-4 hours, with the expansion ratio reaching about 4-5 times after foaming is complete!
Comparison between high molecular BBS foaming antifreeze and high molecular moisture-proof sealing agent:
The main difference between them is that BBS foams, while the high polymer moisture-proof sealant is self-leveling and does not foam! The foamed BBS is harder in texture and is suitable for sealing firewalls, cable trenches, and cable hole openings! Self-leveling sealant is more appropriate for moisture-proof sealing at the bottom of various distribution boxes and ring main cabinets, as it cures into a hard yet elastic material, which is ideal for later maintenance of distribution cabinets! If additional cables need to be added to the cabinet, the sealant can be cut, resealed after installation is complete! Foamed materials are not as easy to repair!
