Wastewater Pool Cover Working Principle:

Additional glass-fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) cover is installed above the sewage pond, cutting off the exhaust gases from the air inside. Exhaust outlets are added to the exterior of the collection hood, and ventilation pipes are installed. The exhaust gases are then channeled into the exhaust gas pollution tower. To enhance the collection of exhaust gases, a GRP fan is installed in front of the pollution tower, which draws the exhaust gases into the tower. Inside the tower, the gases are treated through two-stage spray rinsing. If the gases are acidic, alkaline liquid is circulated for absorption; if alkaline, acidic liquid is used for spray rinsing absorption. The exhaust gas treatment efficiency exceeds 90%, and the emissions meet the relevant standards.
