E5071C ENA Radio Frequency Network Analyzer

The 5071C Network Analyzer boasts a wide frequency range and numerous features, offering high RF performance and fast test speeds among its peers. It's a new tool for manufacturing and R&D engineers to measure RF components and circuits from 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz. The new 20 GHz option extends the frequency range of the E5071C ENA Series Network Analyzer to 20 GHz. The 20 GHz option supports dual-port (option 2K5) and quad-port (option 4K5) configurations, suitable for measuring various components, such as the third harmonic of passive devices in WLAN, WiMAX™, UWB, or any 4G technology.
